Hoffman Unlimited Pass Terms and Conditions

1. Selected monthly plan allows for an unlimited number of washes of the selected wash plan for the enrolled vehicle; weather permitting during normal business hours. Activation period is monthly.
2. Automatic monthly renewal plans will be automatically charged to member’s credit/debit card on the same date of the month as plan activation, i.e. if the plan is activated on October 15th, the card will be charged on the15th day of each subsequent month.
3. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
4. Member must place membership bar code security sticker or RFID security tag (security tag) on registered vehicle’s inside front lower driver’s side windshield with the number facing out. Membership security tag should not be placed in tinted areas of windshield.
5. Membership security tag must be permanently affixed to registered vehicle. Membership security tag cannot be taped, glued or simply kept with vehicle.
6. Membership security tag cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
7. If the membership security tag is tampered with or the Unlimited Plan is used in anyway inconsistent with its terms and conditions, membership will be immediately terminated without refund.
8. Replacement security tag: member can notify HCW if registered vehicle’s security tag needs to be replaced, (i.e. the sale of the vehicle or windshield replacement). Membership number will be deactivated and a new number will be issued. Contact Membership Services for replacement security tag at 877.446.3362x851 or visit their nearest Hoffman Car Wash (HCW) location.
9. To upgrade your wash type, customer pays the difference between the Unlimited Plan wash type and the upgrade requested.
10. To change your Unlimited Plan, customer may contact Membership Services at 877.446.3362x851 or visit HoffmanCarWash.com. Change is effective at the beginning of the member’s next billing cycle. Please allow 5 business days before your cancellation date for cancellation to take effect.
11. HCW and Jiffy Lube® employees are not eligible to participate in Unlimited Plan.
12. There are no partial month(s) refunds.
13. To Cancel: Member may cancel via the web at HoffmanCarWash.com or notify HCW in writing at 1757 Central Avenue, Albany, NY 12205. Member must provide license plate and/or security sticker number at time of notification. Please allow at least 5 business days before your billing date to effect cancellation. Member may continue to use Unlimited Plan until the last day of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are available. Cancellation is complete when member has received an e-mail notification from HCW.
14. In the event, HCW is not able to charge a member’s credit/debit card due to an expired card or change of information, the member’s plan will be deactivated on the 1st day after his or her billing date.
15. Plan activation is available by visiting participating HCW locations, online at HoffmanCarWash.com, or by calling Membership Services at 877.446.3362x851.
16. Restrictions apply to commercial vehicles. Taxi cabs, livery vehicles, funeral homes, fleets and police vehicles.
17. Vehicles must conform to HCW dimension standards. Please see location to confirm that vehicle meets standards.
18. Plan is not valid at HCW self-service or touch-less wash locations at this time.
19. When customer signs up for the Unlimited Plan online or by phone or reactivates an existing membership, they can expect the membership security tag in approximately 5 business days via US Mail. For faster service customers can reactive their plan at their nearest HCW location.
20. By entering the Unlimited Program the member authorizes HCW to charge the credit/debit card on file on the renewal day of each month. They authorize the financial institution to accept and to debit entries indicated by HCW to their account. In the event that HCW erroneously debits/credits funds to the account, the member authorizes HCW to debit/credit the account for an amount not to exceed the original amount of the erroneous debit/credit. This authorization is to remain in effect until HCW has received notification of termination in such a manner as to afford HCW and the financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
