The Hoffman Helping Hands Fundraising Program offers two valuable Hoffman Car Wash Tickets.

Full Service Wash Ticket @ $18.00 each

This is often referred to as our “Inside & Out” car wash. After your vehicle is washed we vacuum the carpets, seats and ashtray. Windows, dashboards and door jambs are cleaned. An air freshener is added and the exterior of your vehicle is hand dried.

How can we sell Hoffman Car Wash Tickets?

Customize your fundraiser to your organization’s personal needs. Select one of the options below.

Order Forms

• Your organization distributes order forms. All necessary forms will be provided by Hoffman Car Wash and more can be ordered at any time.
• Each order form can record up to 20 separate orders.
• All ticket orders shall be paid in advance with checks made payable to your organization.
• Once the totals are sent to Hoffman Car Wash you may pick up your tickets within 5 business days.
• You may pick up your tickets at 1757 Central Avenue in Colonie.
• When you pick up your tickets you will issue a check to Hoffman Car Wash for 50% of the total sales. Your organization will keep the other 50% as your profit

Purchase Tickets in Advance

• Purchase tickets at 50% of their face value and have them in hand to sell to your customers.
• Tickets can be ordered in advance and 50% of the total value of the tickets can be charged to a major credit card.
• Any tickets that are not sold at the end of the fundraiser may be returned. Refund checks will be mailed within 10 business days of receipt.
• Advance orders will be ready for pick up within 5 business days.

Combination of Order Forms and Advance Ticket Purchase

• Your organization may choose to combine both methods above.
• Some tickets may be purchased in advance as described above.
• Additional orders can then be placed via the order form method outlined above.
