15% Fleet Discount - As a Hoffman Jiffy Lube Fleet Services commercial account, your company receives 15% off all services, free fluid top-offs between services, and a Hoffman Car Wash with every Signature Service oil change.
Fleet Manager Control - Hoffman Jiffy Lube gives you control over your fleet account. Your Fleet Program can be customized so you won’t have to worry about services you don’t want or need.
What About Other Car Care Services - You may purchase pre-paid car wash ticket books at discounted prices. Additionally, fleet accounts receive a 15% discount on detail services and you can be billed for these services.
How Do I Join?
Please download our Fleet Services Application. Fill it out and e-mail or fax it back to us. Please be prepared to list all of your vehicle license plate numbers (you can always add and delete vehicles online at a later date). Once your application is approved, we will send you laminated fleet cards. Each card is vehicle-specific, with your company name, fleet account number, and license plate imprinted on each card. Our cashier will need to see this card in order to ensure proper billing.
